Assist with review and implementation of ODD best practices, including payment of fees and expenses, cash and wire controls, side letter and conflict of interest management (cross trades or principal transactions), shadow books and segregation of duties

Development of appropriate valuation policies and independent pricing sources 

Trade process review, including segregation of duties, shadow books,
daily reconciliation, straight thru processing, and the use of OMS/PMS
systems

Counterparty review, including the diversification of risk & exposure,
ongoing monitoring, use of experts to negotiate agreements and terms, and the appropriate segregation of excess cash

Assist with the creation of Operational Due Diligence questionnaires and investor RFPs
