Azimuth is a fiduciary services firm established in 2014 offering independent directors and related governance services to the alternative funds industry. We are headquartered in the Cayman Islands, hold a Company Managers license, and are regulated by the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority.
Our partners are based in the Cayman Islands and New York. We only take on a limited number of fund relationships in order to offer highly personalized guidance and advice to investment managers.
