Anne-Marie has been working in the financial services industry for more than 20 years. Prior to joining Azimuth Governance Limited, Anne-Marie provided independent directorship services for over 9 years at The Harbour Trust Co. Ltd. serving as a director on various fund structures and advisory boards. Anne-Marie has extensive experience working with new startups to large well-established investment managers with multiple funds that invested in everything from long short investments to quantitative trading, credit and activist investments.

Prior to becoming an independent director, Anne-Marie was a finance manager for GLG Partners where she was responsible for operations and accounting for various management companies, as well as the
audit and financial statement process for the fund group. During this time, GLG Partners transitioned to a public company and then was later purchased by Man Group and Anne-Marie was involved in both
transactions.

Before this role Anne-Marie gained experience as a fund administrator
with Goldman Sachs working with clients of various sizes and strategies on the valuation and NAV calculations for their portfolios.

Anne-Marie also has past audit experience as she started her career as an auditor at the Auditor General of British Columbia and then moving to KPMG in the Cayman Islands where she specialized in both fund and insurance audits. Anne-Marie then worked in the captive insurance industry as an account manager at Aon Insurance Managers.

Anne-Marie holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University
of Calgary, is a Canadian Chartered Professional Accountant and an
Accredited Director (Chartered Secretaries of Canada) along with being
a Notary Public in and for the Cayman Islands.

Anne-Marie has been an advisory counsel member since inception for the Canadian Cayman CPA chapter and is currently vice-chair. She has held various roles for 100 Women in Finance Cayman and is currently the co-chair of the main committee. Anne-Marie also is a member of the committee of hearts for Help for Children Cayman and volunteers for the Central Caribbean Marine Institute.
