Sarah Squire – Corporate Administration

Sarah has over 15 years’ corporate secretarial experience in the Cayman hedge fund and trust company industry, starting her career with Smith Barney and Cititrust (Cayman) Limited, where she serviced a large portfolio of companies. She then spent eight years with Butterfield Fund Services as a manager where she was responsible for the provision of all aspects of their corporate services. Sarah joined Azimuth in 2016 and is responsible for running the firm’s corporate services group, including taking meeting minutes, providing general corporate secretarial services and the provision of Registered Office services. She also provides administrative support to the Azimuth directors in the delivery of their fiduciary services to clients. Sarah holds a Diploma in Hedge Fund Administration and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from University of Westminster, London.
